First-run database setup

This installer appears automatically until the application has been configured. No SSH or command-line installation is required.

Before you begin

  1. In Hostinger hPanel, create a MySQL database and user and grant the user access. This page configures the connection; it cannot create a hosting-level database account.
  2. Use HTTPS and make sure the application files are extracted directly into the website's public_html folder. Keep app/, bin/, storage/ and config.php outside the public document root.
  3. Open Hostinger File Manager and locate storage/private/setup-token.txt. Copy the long token from inside the file, and paste it into the form below. The token proves access to your private hosting files.
  4. Complete the form. Setup creates the missing database tables and signing keys, without deleting earlier records.

Important: The authorization token is never displayed on the public website. Do not send it to anyone.

Copy these values from Hostinger → Databases → Management.

3. Initial creator account

Used only if the database has no existing user accounts. Existing accounts are never replaced.

On success, the installer creates an install lock and removes the setup authorization token. Later visits cannot rerun setup.
